Learning / What to learn?
So if you want to start an e-commerce business you should probably learn the following:
how to set up a server/website,
how to mimic the design of a brand that has been successful,
how to build a social media profile – for profit and of course
how to run and make advertisements
If you have a basic service that you can offer, the website design won’t matter much. You’ll have a decent number of customers through your own word of mouth. Promote your website on other forums on the internet after establishing yourself as a trusted source.
everything should be focused on earning more. You shouldn’t focus on “learning” as you will end up going down the rabbit hole of meaningless factoids that are not applicable. The way to focus on earning is by aligning everything you do to either 1) building a reputation or 2) generating a profit.
Another good example of earning is what you do with your free time. If you’re on social media and it is not making you money, it’s time to shut it down. Unless you’re already rich, why do you have the time to troll the internet with $0 of income associated with the activity? It makes no sense. This is a structural lack of priorities.
By forcing social media to make you money, you will also follow different accounts. You’re not going to follow celebrities or athletes. You will follow accounts related to your niche/sector which only makes you more informed on important changes in the industry. Use social media a tool to get ahead, not a tool for entertainment. Most choose the latter.

Email Arbeit
Hallo Kay und Jose,
Wir haben jetzt seit einigen Monaten, die Möglichkeit gehabt, uns kennenzulernen aber es ist natürlich selbstverständlich, dass ihr mich nicht immer zu 100 % einschätzen könnt.
Ich habe gehört, dass ihr mit einigen Abläufen in der Bestellungsabteilung nicht zufrieden wart und deswegen wollte ich mich kurz melden. Ich möchte meine Arbeit ständig verbessern und darum ist mir Feedback sehr wichtig. Mir ist bewusst, dass Fehler meinerseits zu Problemen für euch führen können und vor Allem zu negativem Kundenkontakt, aber ich möchte aus solchen Fehlern lernen. So habe ich zum Beispiel in der Vergangenheit Gutschriften an die falschen Emailadressen verschickt oder vergessen, Dokumente an Emails anzuhängen. Dieser Fehler bin ich mir jetzt bewusst, und dementsprechend arbeite ich hart daran, dass diese Fehler nicht mehr stattfinden. So hoffe ich, einen positiven Einfluss auf euren Arbeitsablauf zu haben.
Um mir dabei zu helfen, wäre ich euch sehr dankbar, wenn ihr mir weiterhin bei Problemen Feedback geben könntet, damit ich diese so schnell wie möglich lösen kann. Ich freue mich natürlich auch immer über positives Feedback, damit ich auch weiß, was gut läuft ;)
Ich weiß, dass ihr viel Zeit im Auto verbringt und dementsprechend eher telefonieren könnt als Emails zu schreiben, für mich ist es allerdings einfacher per Email auf Feedback zu reagieren, da ich dann etwas mehr Zeit habe, das Problem zu analysieren, Lösungen zu finden, sie in meine Arbeitsabläufe einzubauen und mich sowohl thematisch als auch sprachlich mit dem Thema auseinander zu setzen. Dementsprechend habt bitte Verständnis, wenn ich euch die Lösungen nicht direkt am Telefon sagen kann.
Alltägliche Kommunikation kann natürlich auch weiterhin gerne per Telefon passieren, weil es so einfach schneller geht.
Anbei findet ihr die Liste von Freitag mit offene Reklamationen. Heute enthält der Ordner 38 Reklamationsemails. Am Montag (falls nix werde ich euch die aktualisierte Reklamationsliste schicken.
Im Moment sind keine Bestellungen offen.

Love
